• Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label, free of charge.

• Please ensure that the product is in its original packaging and condition when returning it.

• Refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 2 days of receiving the returned item.

Exchanges:

• If you wish to exchange a product for a different variant or size, please email us at exchange@teidor.com within 30 days of purchase.

• In your email, specify the details of the item you wish to exchange and the desired replacement.

• We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the original item.

• Once we receive the returned item, we will promptly send out the replacement product.
